I have a lot of tomatillos that need to be used.

I usually make a fresh salsa that gets eaten quite quickly but as there is only me in the house and half a cwt it tomatillos I need to consider and longer lasting approach.

Does anyone have have any tried and tested recipes for tomatillos that can be frozen or preserved some other way?

If you type tomato sauce using tomatillos into Google you'll get loads of recipes, and then freeze most of it.
