Have been trying to find a store that sells Turkey Crowns at this time of year, have looked at web sites, with no luck, where do the turkeys go in the Summer? Thanks in advance.

Have you got a good local butcher? Supermarkets are usually only geared up for the Christmas market.

And easy alternative is to buy a normal oven ready turkey; then cut off and throw away the best bits.

Anybody who buys a turkey crown must be stupid. They cost the same price as a whole turkey
