How Many Times?

I used Crisp n Dry for my new chip pan. Chips were wonderful! But how often can I use the same pan of oil before its time to change it?

You can smell when it's going off.

Make sure you keep the oil covered and get rid when you can smell that greasy smell.

keep is clean by straining it, store with a lid will keep for ages

When I had a chip pan, I just kept it in the pan until it was no longer fit for you. It's too messy to strain it and store it elsewhere.

And only fry chips in it.

Does nobody have a chip pan full of lard anymore? When I was little we had that in our house. It made great chips but probably wasn't the best for our health.
