Get lots of tinned tomatoes, tuna, chickpeas, mixed beans, lots of fruit and veg... (look at recipes for SW Speed Soup), lots of recipes use "Smash" dried potato, but don't forget, you can still have a fair few things you already eat, but with a few "tweaks". And don't forget the FryLight one cal spray, it's usually where the cooking oil is displayed... Best of luck on your SW journey.

I don't go to s w ... my sister does .... apparently these are how to use sucessfully
1. Go on your own ..it's not a contest between friends
2. Don't worry about how much you weigh .. no one in that room will know your weight .. they it make public how much you lose that week / how much you have contained your weight (that'll be no loss) / weight gain (oops) . Apparently weight gain is rare. But, they don't beat you up about it... targets for the following week are low/achievable and within the group(s) there will be people who have been there.I'm called scrawny.. so will never do s w. But, used to be a severe nail biter. Decided to stop.. so regularly attended a weekly manicurist appt which actually the same as a weigh in
3. DO NOT weigh yourself at home. Attend once a week and weigh then
4. Although they say 'you can eat as much as you like of this ' there is still an element of portion control. I.e. you can't eat 1lb of pasta!!!
