I have just had peppered chicken and homemade chips. Haven't had a homemade chip in about 6 months - beAHtifuuuuul. I told ya - no more takeaways. Come to me for one - takeaway that is.

We Had mushroom pate and salad, the lamb shanks in a red wine sauce, new potatoes, sprouts, carrots, spiced new potato wedges, cauliflower cheese and courgette slices in basil oil. Delicious!

After an aternoon of organizing decorate a cookie for 3 to 7 year olds I got home late. Some Wensleydale and cranberry with ryvita and Australian red wine was perfect. :0)
