I made this last night and I have to tell you all that is absolutely yum. Easy peasy to make too. A word of warning though, I made half the quantity and it was still too big for the pan I made it and it kept boiling over. I can imagine it being divine on your turkey sandwiches on Boxing Day, and perfect with cheese and biscuits. I had some in a sausage butty and won't ever eat one without it again!

It tastes a bit like that sweet chilli dipping sauce - only hotter. And more solid obviously ha ha, it has a proper jam consistency

I make this and Jamie's chilli jam for xmas hampers. Everyone loves it. It's deeeeelish! xx
