Bbq 'em,, what else would an Aussie suggest.
Make a wad of garlic butter, split the tails, smear a generous blob of garlic butter on the flesh. Wack em on the bbq hotplate shell side down for a couple of minutes, when the butter has melted into the shell add a bit more garlic butter and turn them over, a couple of minutes later on the plate they go.
Serve up with whatever takes your fancy.
If it's the first time that you have cooked lobster, bake them.

Mac and cheese with lobster is lovely
They are probably already cooked. What colour are they?
If they're the same ones I've got it says to turn them on their backs, slit the shell, add the butter and grill. The instructions are there amongst the rest of the waffle on the back of the card sleeve. I'm having mine tonight!
Oh yes -what I did for christmas starters. Defrost , take out of shells and cut into chunks and lay in a fireproof dish or individual dishes. Melt some lurpak garlic butter in a pan and add juice and rind of one lemon. Spoon this garlic butter over lobster. Put in very hot oven for a couple of minutes while you whiz fresh breadcrumbs with a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan and a handful of fresh parsley . Top the lobster with this and put back in oven until topping is crisp -about 5 mins. Totally Yummy!
