Pancake Day .... Today .....

.... well it is for me anyway :)
Every pancake day, my missus usually makes me the best pancakes EVER.
However, this year, for reasons out of our control, pancake day had to be re-scheduled ..... and today's the day.

I've just munched my way through 4 pancakes (feeling quite full now):

Pancake 1 - bacon, mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes.
Pancake 2 - Tuna, mayo, spring onion, sweetcorn and cucumber.
Pancake 3 - Bolognese, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce and parmesan cheese.
Pancake 4 - bananas, cream, strawberry sauce and chocolate sprinkles.

*BURP ...... *HIC* ........

.... anyone wanna book a seat for next year lol ??

Luckily, after eating the first 3 pancakes - I still had room for the 4th :)

.... and the best thing about having pancake day a week late - I now only have to wait another 51 weeks 'til the next one :P

Rule No 4 out for Lady J and me, straight up to Treliske Hossie on that one.

In fact, they are all out because of my near-0 carb diet.....the contents on the first three are fine, it's the pancake! The diet is working though.....
