Many moons ago I gad a really good recipe for truffles, it was quick and easy and involved cream, chocolate, booze and possibly a bit of butter.
The recipe has been lost and I have recently used two different recipes off the internet, one from BBC and one from Allrecipes but neither were any where as good as the lost version. The last one seemed a bit stingy on the cream and a living nightmare to roll, I had to wait till is was almost room temperature after I took it from the fridge then it was so soft I gad to wash jy gands after every truffle roll.
Anyone got a tried and tested ratio I could try please?

Oh Tins, that sounds really horrible. I hate Philly.

Duzy, if you make some truffles(my favourite) send me some... purely to sample of course! Good luck.

Hmmmm, see most of those recipes have biscuit or cake in them, I would like a recipe with cream chocolate and booze (and possibly butter) which I suppose is a ganache with booze. I just want one which is easy on the hands to roll!!
Janbee, might be a problem as I live in Spain!!
