I use Lavazza coffee all the time, but lately I have noticed that it is harder to knock the grains out the bowl. It would also appear that the grains are intensely smaller and have more of a choclate appearance. I think that this change is causing greater suction within the bowl. Has anyone else noticed this ?

Coffee harvests have been very poor in the last year. Many companies have been forced to change their sources of supply. Expect large increases in the cost of coffee , especially the 'good stuff'

Thanks for reply EDDIE51' you could be right but Coffee is Coffee and it should be right, when you are paying enough for it.

[email protected] have quite a few different blends of coffee. Have you tried to change the blend that you buy, to a different one.

Lavazza is my choice of coffee for my percolator, and I have not noticed any difference in the taste or consistency recently.
