The recent Horizon "What's the right diet for you?" pointed out that some people have a specific problem with the hormone which the stomach sends to the brain to signal fullness. So, after reaching their target weight loss, their subsequent diet will be a permanent life change, designed to mitigate the hunger feelings. Sadly, they may have to adjust to feeling hungry and relying on self-discipline to prevent weight gain. :-/
