We're still holding our tummies after huge steak and ale pies and accompaniments when out with friends for a pub lunch today - so 'dinner' will be a boiled egg and soldiers at some point this evening!

Cheese onion tomato is lovely in a sarnie. Mmmmmm x

Boiled gammon hocks cooked in cider and juniper berries with a green onion sauce accompanied by Charlotte potatoes and French green beans. Smells nice at least whilst cooking at mo but give you heads up when the proof of the errr pudding etc. :-)

Spanish Lamb and red pepper stew (Cordero Al chilindron), with baby boiled potatoes and green beans. Followed by fresh strawberries.

Too full from a carvery lunch with friends for one of their birthdays, the sweet pushed us over the edge.
