To echo sherrardk - chicken (or even pork) marinaded in it and a bit of honey is delish.! Otherwise I wouldn't put the stuff inside me (it's good for cleaning loos etc.)!

The kids love it (I don't eat it), it's has a very subtle sweetness, I do it in the slow cooker with a huge dollop of tomato sauce and a chopped up onion.
