I've wondered about buying some strong pickles and using the vinegar from that but not sure if I fancy onion vinegar on them.
I like mayo on them too but I'm really looking for a different vinegar experience. x

Hi mazie, I always used to pickle onions many moons ago and have been thinking about doing it again lately.
Looking at the related questions someone called balliali was asking (in 2009) about chip shop vinegar and it seems it was called non brewed condiment. Although someone said you can buy it at Tesco, I've just looked there and Asda websites but I can't find it.
