I'd go for alternating months of Nigel Slater and Yotam Ottolenghi.

I'd like to agree jennyjoan but it's no secret that these chefs often withhold certain secret herb,spice and cooking information so that they stay unique,ahead of their game and don't give their secrets to competitors hence why sometimes you cannot replicate a recipes taste even after following it with scientific and military precision.

Oh no Mamya and miss out on the eye candy that Yotam is? Nigel Sleter could chat to me whilst I sipped my G&T, although he probably would chat much as he is quite shy.

With regards the washing up I'd my choices use the dishwasher, there are one or two well known chefs whose food I enjoy but they are total muppets so i'd take the fuse out of the dishwasher just to enjoy the satisfaction of them up to their elbows in soap suds ;-)
