Ham egg and chips
Cottage pie
Liver and bacon

I know I asked about British foods but I'm surprised by the lack of regional specialities creeping in.

How about a Bedfordshire clanger Ecclescake? Meat in one end, jam in the other. A double ended lunch!!

I don't know any regional specialities.

I don't think we really eat much traditional food, as in the good wholesome food types.
