I like these better than the ordinary Peppermint kind, but have now finished
my last tin, and I can't find anywhere !
Even on ebay. Has anyone seen these about ? They come in a black and white tin.

Well known small hard liquorice pellets. The liquorice is strong in taste. Used by many choirs/singers before performing as the sweet also contains menthol!
Sadly these are no longer made :-( the nearest product to the Imps are Nipits
Are these the same sort of thing mikey

But I am not ruddy well paying $40 for them !
Granny....I used to like those little black liquorice things as well, but I wasn't aware that they had stopped making them. Nipits look the same kind of thing though.

You might be out of luck.
Altoids are made by Wrigley's and their UK website only shows the peppermint type as currently available:
http:// www.wri gley.co m/uk/br ands/al toids.a spx
(On the other side of the pond they've also got wintergreen, cinnamon & spearmint: http:// www.wri gleysho p.com/i nfo/Sho p_Altoi ds#.Vbb h2LVqGt 8 )
So it looks like the liquorice ones have been discontinued. (For a definitive answer, call the Wrigley Care Line on 0845 6048495).
