How on earth do they accumulate that much - must be watering the booze.

These Chefs are a brand. As well as appearing on the telly they have restaurants, a book deal, possibly a range of food in the supermarkets, shows in other countries, appearances in TV commercials etc.

Have their own branded kitchen equipment.....etc
I don't know about the booze but they water down the work; nine times out of ten they won't be cooking it themselves any more, they just train up other chefs and franchise out their name.

Actually, make that 99 times out of 100. Or even more.
havign said that, if you want to make the money you're better off being a regular celeb, as they don't have to work at all; at least the cooks have cooked at some stage.

I eat a lot in Jamie's Italian restaurants. As a Gold member, there are always free tasters/ desserts and drinks on offer. The waiting staff are fantastic. I'd highly recommend.
