help needed

Between 2001 and the end of 2004 our Bank kept saying they would help us with financing a property which is currently held in a deed of trust. We do not live in the property, but it brings in a satisfactory rental income. Because of our personal circumstances (which most people would class as being very lucky) they then decided they would not help and have demanded repayment of all our borrowing. They,however, were more than happy to keep lending us more and more over the years and we find it disgusting that they can suddendly change track and refuse us the help they had been promising. Does anyone know where a loan can be obtained (quickly). We wish to borrow �90,000 for consolidation purposes against a property worth approx �110,000.
