Recipes and ideas please for party finger food that I can make, freeze and have ready for unexpected guests. I can do sausage rolls, curry etc, but I'm thinking maybe of tartlets with filling or other bites, that I can produce at short notice, and look and taste like I have been slaving over them all day. Tough ask, but answerbank has never failed me before. Thanks!

Go to Iceland and buy them ready made. Then spend the rest of the day on Answerbank.
Agree with ThreWinner.
Better still, get Asda to deliver them.

Ah I got a great giggle out of those, thank you all. Unfortunately I don't live within an hour of either place, so all would be sitting in a puddle on the back seat when I would get home!! I'm a glutton for punishment, so I have fairly middling skills at cooking, and would like to impress!
Prawn toasts, spring rolls, quiche, filo parcels...stuff like that? They are all really easy to make..
