Christmas Lunch/dinner...

Who goes the traditional route of goose/turkey etc?
Or do you prefer a sumptuos repast of your choice, not dictated by tradition?
Will you go with tradition or free style?

(i.e. buying the 'carved from the bone' cooked turkey from Morrison's and simply warming it in the oven). It was still a lot of faffing about though and one year I simply couldn't be bothered (even though I'd got the turkey and all of the other components for a full turkey lunch) and I simply heated up a Findus frozen lasagne for my Christmas lunch.
A couple of years ago I did decide to have some different, choosing a duck breast instead of turkey. But once again I found that it took an excessive amount of effort just to cook for one.
So last year I decided to take the easy way out and try one of these:

I wasn't expecting it to be much good but I was pleasantly surprised. (In the past, I've been served far worse meals, at mega-prices, on Christmas Day in pubs and hotels). So that will be what I'll be going for again this year.
I'll probably follow it with one of these - they're totally gorgeous - served with double cream:

Not sure yet. I have to work that morning which means either cooking the bird when I get back...or daughter does it. Which doesn't seem fair on her. ( "glad you're visiting...wanna make the dinner?") Or,I could roast it the night before. Whatever it is,it won't be Turkey...duck or chicken are our favs.
