Brussle Sprouts Fried With Lardons & Chestnuts

I recall seeing a recipe for something akin to this but failed to copy or, even tear it out for later use! Have fussy eaters over Christmas and now desperate to find again! do recall they were fried in olive oil and Balsamic vinegar was somewhere in the recipe. Can anyone help please?
