Chinese Gooseberries

Anyone got any recipes for chinese gooseberries.  Mine are about ready and I want to make something yummy with them.

You should make Kiwi Fruit Wine with them - I don't have a recipe but I'd be happy to sample it if you do make it!

Kiwi Chicken Salad

1 stalk of celery, 1 onion, lettuce, 1 or 2 kiwifruit, 1 cup cooked chicken, 2 tbsp flaked almonds. mix together and top with a dressing made of  4 tbsp soured cream, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 or 2 teasp lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste.

Kiwifruit Eggnog

Peel and thinly slice 1 ripe banana, 1 ripe kiwifruit. Put 300ml cold milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp runny honey in a blender. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses to serve.
