it is because Food as you see it isnt normally blue

bluish meat is one of the off colours too

erm sozza too give a technical answer - put a drop of green colouring into the crema and try to get anyone to eat your trifle an creme

Did you know that Curacao is made on the island of that name in the Dutch Antilles, and that it is made from the peel/rind of the fruit and not the flesh. I drank many a free sample of it there when I was on holiday once in the ABC Islands.

"Alice In Wonderland" is not really a child's book. It is full of word-plays, puns, analogies, etc that would zoom over the top of most kid's heads. If you haven't read it as an adult, I would recommend it highly.
