Last week, there were two great recipes in the Times mag and the weekend supplement. We were at friends that day, so I couldn't ask them to let me have the sections of the paper. One recipe was for a Saffron Custard Tart, and the other was for Nadiya Hussain's Treacle Madeleines. Would love to make both these dishes, but can't get hold of the recipes in full, because I'm not a member of Times Plus thingey. Oh, and there were some lovely recipes for stews by Heather Whinney .....
