Sorry, but I think you might be out of luck. I believe that the wafers without chocolate were part of Tunnock's range but they've now been discontinued in favour of the two chocolate varieties. Nobody else seems to make them.

Sorry!

Chris
Ive searched high and low for these, they are so much nicer without chocolate on, mustnt of been popular
Try this:- http://www.tunnock.co.uk/index2.htm  caramel log looks promising.

Bruce5755, I think the Caramel log has coconut on it. Thank you all for your answers.
Is it possible it's the caramel wafer made by Gray Dunn that you are thinking of? They had no chocolate on them and were delicious.... havent seen them in years only remember the name cos I used to be the biscuit and crisp buyer for the shop I worked in....what a job!!

Daelmans makes Caramel wafers.

They are a company in Holland.

Many shops here in my town carry this product too.

As far as i know the only ones availble now are the chocolate ones. If its the chocolate that poses a threat to you try Gold bars as an alternative.
I've been looking for years. I loved Gray Dunn caramel wafers but all I can find now are tunnocks which are covered in chocolate or coconut which are disgusting.
Why can't tunnock recreate Gray Dunn caramel wafers and celebrate a delicious caramel wafer so enjoyable with a coffee
