I can't work out how much Truvia I should use. Wanting to make an 8" Victoria sponge for a friend who is diabetic. I just want a simple recipe and can't seem to find one

Here's a recipe that uses a combination of truvia and regular sugar.
I also came across a BBC good food article that recommended substituting 200g xylitol for the same amount of sugar.
