Unfertilised eggs surely.
Chip butty, Smow.
Tilly, have you tried balsamic glaze on tomatoes?
Here's a one I have not had for many a year. A large boiled onion, buttered, seasoned and served with bread and butter.
Adore boiled onions served that way.
Never had a boiled onion ( don't have to have gravy one it do you ).
Tony, can you eat faggots without gravy?
I used to make good veggie gravy.

Will do, Daisy.

Pitta pockets filled with curried veg such as cauliflower and potato. Very tasty cold.

I used to love Heinz sandwich spread in a jar - crunchy and tangy in a sandwich, on its own or to pep up cheese or cucumber.
I sometimes have a veggie pate with pitta and rocket.

The olive one is my personal favourite. They are buy one get on half price from H&B at the moment. He might like them

You don't mention marmite? Marmite and salad works well. Marmite and basil leaves is lush!

Falafel is another option. Sliced with salad and a dressing. (Its Chickpea and herb balls, bought ready cooked in any supermarket. I also use these where you might use meat balls)

Goat's Cheese and caramelised onion chutney I'd lovely, or brie if you don't like goat's Cheese (with the addition of bacon for non-veggies).

Chris's suggestion of Blue cheese and mango chutney is also a fantastic combination.

You could also do coleslaw (curried or "coronation" to jazz it up a notch) with some hummus and falafels in his lunchbox and include some pitta pockets for him to stuff at work.

Another tasty pitta stuffing is fried manouri cheese (covered in sesame seeds before being fried) and some honey to drizzle over. He could warm the cheese for a few seconds in a microwave before putting in his pitta.
