Offal...except chicken liver

I used to hate Brussel sprouts but In found most people overcook them. Just a couple of mins max in boiling water and they are fine.
Bueunchico I take it pickled eggs are just about your worst nightmare then?
I used to run a Rugby club bar, they would get through 2 large jars of pickled eggs after a match. Pickled egg with a bag of crisps was a favorite post match snack.

Looking at some of the posts, I also could not eat cottage cheese, tofu, sushi, celery and any African food. Was invited to dinner by my African friend and sorry to say, I upchucked.

I can eat almost anything, though I may not particularly like it. However, tripe and cow heel, also brawn, are definite no.
