I bought some ice lolly mounds today and made some using fresh orange juice, very nice they were too.
I have some 0% fat plain yogurt so am going to have a go making some with it to see what happens. Has anyone done this and if so was it successful? I'm just wondering if it will freeze ok or just turn out like frozen milk.
Thanks.

Will do Ummmm.

Success!
The yogurt froze well, slightly crunchy but mainly creamy, definitely something to try, maybe with a flavoured yogurt or some fruit mashed into it.
Make some Pimms / lemonade ones with fruit in. Very moreish.
