Any Recipes For Banana Sponge Cake Crumbs ?

I made banana cake today and near the end there was a power cut, I did not realize and so the cake has gone sad in the middle. I have made into crumbs in the processor, what can I do with them, ?

Sprinkle on banana custard.

Mix with digestives and use as a cheese cake base.

Feed the birds.

I would have left it whole and made some banana cream icing and filled the hole.

But now you have cake crumbs I would mix it with warm butter, press into a tin and rebake and you have a base for cheesecake.

Freeze a small amount to see how well it freezes.
