M&s Meal Deal
9 Answers
It's on again, for anyone interested.
Just back from our local food only m&s. Picked up two sirloin steaks, two chicken breasts in a rarebit sauce with leeks, some garlic mushrooms, a pack of potato rosti, a Mississippi mud pie, and a bramley apple lattice. A bottle of Italian fizz and a French red were the wines I chose. All for £20. Not bad eh?

When it is on, I always buy two, we eat one the same day and freeze the other. Even though some of the items say don't freeze, I do, and haven't had any disasters..yet!
These two I bought today have both gone in the freezer though, Ive taken out a shepherds pie from one of the previous deals to have this evening.

I could be wrong, and I know they do have other deals like pizza and prosecco and things like that, but the last dine in for a tenner with free wine was on 10th August, I just checked the text alert I got. The previous one was 14th July, and the one before that 23rd June.
It's definitely not on every week where I shop, good job really, I'd be bankrupt :)

ah, two, I was thinking that was a heck of a meal.
Tesco's aren't bad these days either, though for some reason they can have lots of mains and yet run out of sides - I mean, don't they put equal numbers of all courses out? For a while all retailers just had 18 different sorts of chicken but they're being a bit more inventive now.
