Question Author
I have just bought a single Induction hob, and find it very good.
BUT!

Would someone who uses one a lot please explain, how to use, the power control, it goes up to 2000, whats the best number to use ?
And whats the best average Temp plus Power to work on ?

Thanks in advance.
just do it by trial and error,
I'd assume a power scale would be in watts these days. "Rings" usually have a simple scale anyway with larger numbers simply bigger and thus hotter/more powerful than lower ones. No direct relationship between a scale value and a temperature; just a general indication. Just use the induction "ring" as you did any other ring previously. Put it up high to heat food/liquid up fast, lower to warm gently or simmer.
