I have just finished mixing my Christmas puddings and would love to cook them in the microwave. One of my bowls is a pint size and the second bowl is a two pint size. How long does iut take altogether for both sizes. Would appreciate help and thank you in advance
If the pudding consists of 50 percent sugars ( that's including the fruit sugars in the dried fruit, any treacle or molasses, syrups, brown sugar and all other sugars) it is quite possible that a Christmas pudding cooked in a microwave will burst into flames.
