Does anyone ever eat scampi that is not breaded or battered?

Actually, what exactly is a scampi? I love it, along with lobster and scallops, something quite sweet about all of them.
Eggs on toast I would enjoy, not so sure about those pizzas Prudie, not had them in a long time but didn't really like them.

Haha, it is indeed! My favourite Chinese was shut tonight so had to make do with another nearby one but it's not nearly as good as my usual.

To be honest, I don't care what it is, I love it.
chicken which I have spatchcocked and then applied a chilli and chipotle rub.

Parmentier potatoes with a little baby chicory and leek roasted off, topped with a small selection of steamed baby veg and then the chicken mounted on top, the jus used as a drizzle over it.....
