I hate mulled wine. It tastes like cough medicine to me. I can't stand cinnamon and that is one of the main constituents, I think. Urg!

I`m not a huge fan of mulled wine but this is ok if you don`t want to compile it yourselfhttp://www.schwartz.co.uk/products/herbs-and-spices/spices/mulled-wine-spice I had a lovely mulled wine at Kew Gardens last week because they put a shot of gold rum in it. I can definitely recommend that.

I rather like cinnamon.

It's pretty much de rigour in mulled red wine recipes; but leave anything you don't like out.

cant get schwartz spices in spain, Sob will have to get a mate to send me some in the post, thanx anyway

we used to make our own. a bit messy. Cost is also an issue unless you make your own wines as well. Now buy it ready made from the supermarket for about four quid a bottle. Just add some cinnampon sticks.
