I am making biscuits from the Marry Berry gingerbread recipes but wanted to know if you can make the dough and keep it till the next day?

I want to prepare it now and the kids can make the biscuits after school?

Thanks

This is a different Mary Berry recipe
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/mini_three-way_biscuits_95845
but it's specifically stated (at the foot of the page) that the dough can be stored in a fridge for one or two days before use. I can't think of any reason why the gingerbread house dough should be any different.

Thanks Chris.

I have made the dough and made a few biscuits. Just to test you understand lol

As is my want I added too much ginger and they have a bit of an after kick. We shall soldier on and eat them anyway ;)
I don't know about the storage but I made it a couple of days ago for a work Christmas Bake Off (I made it as a stable for a Nativity scene). It went down really well although it was not very gingery so I would add a little bit more ginger next time. Good luck!!
