Brilliant, thanks very much . I made my first batch on Thursday & although it smelled & looked ok today ( apart from the amount of whey that's appeared! ) I was unsure if it would still be ok to eat ..... Thank you again :-)
I make easy yo greek and find it keeps for about 4 weeks. Its quite a sharp yoghurt by week 4 but still delicious and i haven't died yet. I keep it in the container it was made in and am careful sbout using a clean spoon to get it out.
