Eggs Benedict with an unctuous hollandaise in an ideal world!

A cup of half caf coffee with cream at 8-8:30...Then some egg Mayo at 11:30. Well...It Was eggs...;-)
I'm not a breakfast-y person.

As usual during the week: pineapple juice, half a grapefruit, live yoghurt with half a banana and 2 mugs of tea. For Sunday add a slice of toast and marmalade.
