Leftover Cooked Chicken

After doing a roast dinner and making two chicken pies I still have 80g of diced cooked chicken left. I can't bear waste so any ideas what I can do with this small amount?

Mix with a bit of mayonaise and thinly sliced celery, as a sandwich filling. Add to any soup.

I've got onions, carrots, peas, butternut squash, potatoes, peppers, everything really lol

Chicken and veg. curry, soup or stir fry. I'd go for the soup.

I'd make croquettes with it.

Put it in a risotto or savoury rice for a lunch.

I would make noodle soup. Quick, easy and filling.
