I expect the answer is no but does such a thing exist as non alcoholic/low alcohol red wine?

I'm normally a white girl and i know you can get white with no alcohol but since being pregnant i've had a mad craving for red...so much so i sniff any testers in the supermarket! Obviously i can't have any. Schloer isn't remotely close enough. Is there anything out there to satisfy this craving?

No problem! There's a company which specialise in low-alcohol & no-alcohol wines, with the appropriate name of Lo-No. (Click on 'Where to Buy' for a local stockist or order direct by phone):

Oh wow thank you so much!!

I know that alcohol isn't recommended during pregnancy however the occasional glass of wine is not going to do any damage (i have 2 healthy children, both of whom experienced a little wine in utero). I think that if your body is craving something, especially if it is something you don't normally eat or drink, then it could well be something it needs for the pregnancy.

If i can remember correctly theres a non-achololic wine called Einsberg (or similar lines) that Safeway stock, although this is a white im sure i can remember an equilivant red as well. Maybe by the same company

Hi, my girlfriend is also pregnant and I found another UK site selling alcohol free wines, Sans Alcohol, you order direct from their website: http://www.sansalcohol.co.uk
