Do you have any tried and tested veggie recipes, since my op I am unable to stomach meat only fish and veggies.
Your help is appreciated.

It's not veggie because it is a fish stew but I have just taken some of this out of the freezer for tomorrow night https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/711649/mediterranean-fish-stew-with-garlic-toasts

Thanks SJ will have a look at this.
I don't use the orange zest. I just throw in a teaspoon of lemon juice in it's place. I use shallots instead of onions as well. I use whatever fish I can get - monkfish, raw jumbo prawns, scallops. All frozen so not expensive.

It does sound nice I will give it a go
The BBC Good Food website is packed with veggie recipes (arranged into 18 themed collections):
https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/category/vegetarian

The great thing about that website is that each recipe is given a star rating, based up reviews from people who've actually tried it. (When you click through from the index page to the recipe itself, you can read their comments too, which often suggest ways to tweak the recipes to make them even better). So your 'tried and tested' criterion is well met.

Since you also eat fish, I'll offer you my own recipe for a pilchard bake:

It's really packed with flavour and dead easy to make.

I should have said that so far my fish experience is limited - I do love shellfish but fish is a new thing to me.
Thanks Chris but I wanted tried and tested so that I know someone actually likes it lol
I get my fish from here. https://www.frozenfishdirect.co.uk/ It is frozen but that is fine if you want to put the fish in a stew or curry. I am lucky in that I can go to their warehouse and get 20% off but it is still good value
My recipe passed your test, Islay!

thank you
Have a look at borlotti bean, tiger prawn and chorizo horneado Islay, it's one of our all time favourites and I doubt it would miss the chorizo as it's the fresh herbs and lemon which really make it tasty.
I tweak it and use four or five peppers, loads more tiger prawns, and double the amount of cherry tomatoes.
