I buy a lovely seeded loaf from Lidl...its all nobbly, with nuts and seeds in. But I can't find out what low "GI" means ?

Have you tried their protein rolls...lovely,chewy,full of seeds. And only 29p each.

Mikey, I find it strange that you have not heard of the glycaemic index.
