i only needed a couple of things so thought i would be able to manage, sadly i'm now back home, the weather is so nice too wish i could stand up longer.
We don't NOT shop on Sundays (for religious reasons etc); being retired we can choose our day so walk the half-mile to our local supermarket on a day which suits us, which is rarely a Sunday.
our supermarket is open on sundays at 12, but by the time doors open the place is heaving. I don't have to shop on sundays but thought I might get my feet and legs moving for a change.
if I needed to I would, but I don’t go to supermarkets by choice on any day. I love the delivery service. I do occasionally get a sunday delivery but wouldn’t be that bothered if there were no sunday deliveries.
ARKSIDED large stores in England can trade only for six hours on a Sunday. Stores can let folk browse before those six hours begin but you can't buy anything until the trading hours have started.
