Anyone know a good recipe for Kentucky fried chicken, I've tried some off the internet and it's always been strange tasting or american measures, e.g. half cup salt etc....lol!

Colmans do sachets of southern fried chicken mix, in the cooking sauce aisle of the supermarket, very easy to do and yummy

well going by my local kfc, you get a load of old manky bits of pigeon and coat it in a delicious blend of 11 secret herbs and spices.

The part about "half a cup of salt" is rather worrying....

I found out a long time after that half a cup of salt is an american measurement and I htink it's around a teaspoon or tablespoon or so....

I like my salt (oh yes it's bad, he he) but not that much....
