Gooseberry Jam
34 Answers
Anyone eaten it - is it nice? I need to make some jam for a charity stall this weekend and I see that gooseberries are in season. I haven't eaten a gooseberry since I was a child and I picked some that were overhanging my Gran's meadow and developed a rash. That kind of put me off.

Gooseberry Jam (Goosgog - as we used to call it) is lovely. Especially if you like it "tart" and makes your mouth pucker.
