I'm currently munching on cucumber and strawbs. I'm working from home which is always dangerous, i'll eat everything in the house if I don't watch it..... think i'm going to have smoked salmon pate for lunch.

I have some salmon encroutes (sp) in the fridge, along with left over new spuds...that the ginger fella didn't eat because he fell asleep.

Dihydrocodeine, paracetamol and, if I'm lucky a wee Valium for pudding.

Slightly under the weather with what we think is sciatica and just trying to fine tune the recipe for relief so I can get off the bed. :(
