Ummmm....I rarely look on Facebook...just once a week or so, to find out if the rest of my family are still here and haven't emigrated !

To change the subject, I have noticed the incredible bad language that has crept onto FB recently. The use of the f and the c words is now extremely common. As I think that FB is a family site, or at least is viewed by young children, the use of these words quite frankly shock me. I have had to "un-friend" several people recently....peope that really should know better.

Mikey I think you have to be over a certain age to join facebook so if young children are viewing it then it is down to bad parenting!

Islay....FB seems to be popular amongst kids, so I am guessing that a lot of them must be able to access it.

Anyway, the 'net can't be governed completely. But I don't think that the c word should be used in any public forum, no matter how old the viewer might be.

Yes...I think you have to be 13 to join FB. It's probably the 13 year olds using that language!
