Has anyone got a good recipe for using up a largish joint of cooked lamb. I'm a wee bit fed up with just chopping it up and putting it a curry. I've tried googling, but only get stir fries which never seem to satisfy people especially as some fussy people won't eat any veg that is put in.

Any other ideas please?

Thanks, everyone. Lovely-sounding things to think about.
Chilli lamb? Chop up finely or mince add to tomatoes and chilli and onions as you normally do, try and make it dryish rather than sloppy serve over tortilla chips with sour cream and cheese or in tortilla wraps
