What's tickling your tastebuds this weekend?
I'm meant to be going out with a colleague tomorrow night for a curry, though she does have a habit of cancelling last minute. I might make a spicy carrot, sweet potato and lentil soup as a back-up.
Sunday will consist of a roast dinner - either leg of lamb or belly pork but the latter would be my choice - with a surfeit of vegetables, crispy roasties and lashings of thick, homemade gravy. If I get my choice, we'll have homemade sausagemeat, apricot and almond stuffing to accompany.
I may have a small glass of wine. I note the Yellow Tail Range is on offer in Tesco and I am particularly fond of the Malbec in that range.
So ... what will tickle (or napalm) your tastebuds this weekend?

Tomorrow is an m&s Indian £10 meal deal..two mains and three sides, our choice being butter chicken and chicken piri piri along with Bombay aloo, channa masala and an Indian starter selection. I'll also do a small amount of rice and some naan.
Sunday is always make your own from whatever you can find.
I'm very tempted to hop on a bus with Alba and head to Islay though :) I can bring wine..
